  • A warning will be given directly to all cylinder sellers, urging them to align with safety regulations within a span of 15 days. Post this period, non-compliant shops are set on the path for closure and sealing up as per deadline conditions.
  • To make room for new players in LPG business while ensuring compliance, 300 previously closed down stores have a chance to reopen by Friday if they meet necessary regulations promptly after being alerted through warning notices.
    Non-compliant sales shops operating within residential zones are hazardous and illegal. Immediate sealing of such establishments is required at the earliest feasible moment following issuance of warnings to non-adhering sellers, as per meeting resolutions for ensuring public safety.
