Pakistan U19 Women’s Team Continues Training in Karachi

Pakistan’s female under-19 footballers are putting in relentless effort, as they practiced for five hours on Saturday. This routine is set to continue over the next three days.
As per UrduPoint (Urdu Point News), this training session marked their fourth consecutive day of practice at Karachi’s premier sports facility – Hanif Muhammad High-Performance Centre, under the watchful eye of head coach Mohsin Kamal. Physical drills were also incorporated into today’s rigorous schedule by assistant and fielding coaches – Mohammad Hanif Malik (strong) and Nahida Khan*._
The team’s training camp in Karachi is to proceed until January 9, post which the players will embark on a journey via Dubai towards Malaysia. This tour offers an extensive learning experience while also offering them exposure to different footballing cultures around Asia.

Morning Session Highlights:

  • Received tips and engagement from assistant coach Mohammad Hanif Malik (strong)
  • Engaged in drills focusing on ball control, passing accuracy, shooting precision under the guidance of head coach Mohsin Kamal.

    Afternoon Session Highlights:

    A series of intensive training sessions designed to enhance physical stamina and adaptability.
    The players have shown tremendous resilience amidst their exhaustive routine but they continue to focus on improving as a cohesive unit. The team is expected to perform commendably in the forthcoming matches.
