Bail Granted to Three Policemen
Sessions court on Saturday granted bail to three policemen … autopsy said that he was tortured to death.

Former SP-Clifton Nayyar ul Haq, Darakhshan SHO Ali Raza Leghari, Sub-Inspector Sanaullah Soomro and head moharrir Faisal Leghari have been booked in a case pertaining to the custodial death of Moiz Naseem.
The SP is already on bail…granted against surety bond Rs150,000 each. The legal heirs had declared that they would not object to this grantation according to Almighty Allah’s mercy and forgiveness as stated in their earlier applications before the trial court -
In a different development: An antiterrorism court extended the physical remand of two suspects, Javed and his accomplice Gul Nisa … associated with proscribed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA). They were arrested on Nov 9th last year in relation to the killing near Karachi airport. The investigating officer submitted a report which included details such as an identification parade where eyewitnesses rightly picked out them, assigning their roles and hence asking for further custody of another ten days from Counter Terrorism Department (CTD).
